What Permits Do I Need?

A Building Permit will always be required for structural renovations (i.e. adding a wall, taking down a wall, or altering the size of windows). Depending on your project, Plumbing, Gas, and/or Electrical Permits may also be required.

Rules & Requirements

If your project requires a Building Permit, the Building Permit must be issued before Plumbing, Gas, and Electrical Permits can be issued.
