What Permits Do I Need?

A Development Permit and a Building Permit are typically required for any demolition. Depending on your project, Plumbing, Gas, and/or Electrical Permits may also be required.

Please refer to Sections 3-12 and 3-13 of the Land Use Bylaw for specific requirements requirements for demolitions.
