Hinton Grant Funding Advisory Committee

About

The Hinton Grant Funding Advisory Committee reviews applications for the Community Grant Program using Council-approved criteria, and makes recommendations to council in the awarding of Community Grant Program funding. 

Members
The Hinton Grant Funding Advisory Committee consists of five board members, including citizens-at-large and members from Council-appointed boards and committees. Each member is appointed for a one-year term and the Committee shall elect a chairperson from its membership each year at the first committee meeting.

Meetings
The committee meets on an "as needed" basis, organized by the Community Grant Program Administrator (a designated Town employee who attends all committee meetings and facilitates the review and ranking process).
