    Please note that all touch points and high contact areas must be wiped down prior to returning. When renting AUDIO or LIGHTING equipment, after their use please use a damp cloth with a mild detergent or sanitizer wipes to clean, do not use spray cleaners near any terminals, connections or hot surfaces.

    Tent setups are the responsibility of the renter. Please refer to the Tent Setup Video link [to the right] when setting up tents. Within Town limits, an Alberta First Call is required prior to pounding any stakes into the ground. Call Public works at 780 865-2634 for assistance.

    Prices are a ONE DAY RENTAL. Prices are $30 for the FIRST 10x10 pop-up tent, ADDITIONAL pop-ups are $15. FIRST 10x20 Tent is $60 with ADDITIONAL 10x20 tents for $30 each. For non-ticketed, non-alcohol events open to the public and run by a non-profit organization within Hinton
