Canada Day Celebrations
June 30, 2023
We are relocating Canada Day celebrations to Gordon Moore Memorial Park next to the Dr. Duncan Murray Recreation Centre.
- FREE Bike Decorating from 12 - 4 PM in the Steve Hotchkiss Arena in the Dr. Duncan Murray Recreation Centre
- Hosted by the Library and Recreation Customer Services, youth are invited to a FREE bike decorating event to encourage bike riding to the site the following morning
This year, there are NO fireworks. The Town of Hinton greatly appreciates your understanding, and recognizes this situation is not ideal. However, the choice was made due to the ongoing fire conditions and frequent state of emergency within the area.
