This February, Hinton residents are invited to experience a truly unique winter event as illuminated drones take to the sky for a spectacular nighttime performance. The Town of Hinton is hosting a Drone Show on Friday, February 20 at 7:30 p.m., transforming the night sky above Gordon Moore Park into a canvas of light, motion, and colour.

This captivating show will feature coordinated drones creating shimmering shapes, patterns, and designs high above the park. The event is designed for all ages, making it a perfect family-friendly outing or a memorable night with friends.

To help everyone stay warm and comfortable throughout the evening, outdoor fire rings will be available for visitors to gather around. Guests can also enjoy complimentary hot chocolate, creating the perfect cozy atmosphere as they wait for the performance to begin.

Because drone technology is sensitive to extreme cold, the event includes a backup date of February 21, in case temperatures drop below –15°C. Updates will be shared through the Town's communication channels to keep residents informed.
