Family Day at the Rec. Centre is scheduled for Monday, February 19th, from 1 PM to 4 PM. Entry is either at regular admission rates or FREE with a donation to the Food Bank.
We have exciting activities lined up including:
- Stick 'n' Puck on the BTA,
- Public Skate on the SHA,
- Wibit Inflatable Obstacle Course in the Pool.
- Courts and Bouldering Wall will be open for use.
- The People's Centre and Meeting Room are also available for booking.
Please note that we will not be accepting cash donations for the Food Bank. Instead, we kindly ask you to bring non-perishable items with no minimum requirement. Your support is greatly appreciated!
Here's a friendly reminder of the Wibit rules:
- Children 6 and under are not on the permitted Wibit, but are still welcome to swim
- Racing is okay, but no rough-housing
- Jewelry must be removed before using the Wibit
- Lifeguards will direct the flow of traffic and line up
- Feet first entries into the water only
Please remember that children 7 and under must be supervised with a 1 adult to 4 child ratio. Regular admission rates will apply.
