    Our next "Coffee with a Cop" will be on Saturday July 20, 2019 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at the Tim Horton's located at 520 Carmichael Lane, Hinton, Alberta. Please come down and meet some of your local RCMP officers. "Coffee with a Cop" provides an opportunity for residents to share their concerns, ask questions, or just get to know some of the local RCMP officers.

  2. Wild Mountain Music Festival

    Wild Mountain Music Festival is a three day, family friendly, music and art festival it is held at Entrance Ranch, eight kilometers north of Hinton, on the most beautiful festival site on Earth, the festival is held on the third weekend of July. The location is rustic and takes place on one of the pastures of a working ranch. Onsite camping is available and music includes country, rock and world. The Line-up for 2019 includes: Colin James, Terra Lightfoot, Harry Manx, Five Alarm Funk, Maddie Storvold, Carolyn Mark, Shred Kelly, C.R.     Come celebrate Parks Day from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Enjoy fun, educational, family-oriented events! Pancake breakfast from 10:00 to noon (donation to Friends of Switzer Park) See wildlife displays, win prizes, or visit the mascots and the Alberta Parks horse patrol! Try Voyageur canoeing on Kelley’s Bathtub or ancient hunting techniques with traditional archery and atlatl spear throwers. Give lumberjack life a go with cross-cut saws!
