This self-management workshop is offered at the Friendship Center, by Alberta Health Services Alberta Healthy Living program.

Two sessions are offered (you can attend one or both).
Ten Healthy Habits of Money Management looks at your current habits and gives tools and resources.
Losing Your Job looks at emotional toll, dealing with debt, and retraining.
