Work includes but not limited to: Remove the existing hood and fan, install the new stainless hood and fan, design and install the pipe from hood to the roof and disposal of existing hood and fan.

• All Electrical and suppression system by others
• All deviations to be pre-approved by owner (Town of Hinton)
