Business License Renewal Notices Now in the Mail

Today, Corporate Services mailed out 2020 Business License Renewal Notices. On December 31, all 2019 business licenses will expire. 

For the first full renewal cycle, you are now able to complete your business license purchase, update, or cancellation online! The Town of Hinton Communications Department is pleased to announce that the award winning Town of Hinton website was in early 2019 updated to offer online applications and payment for licenses through our Form Centre module. We now use Paypal as a payment handler, meaning our residents can feel secure using our online form system, and then Paypal's payment system, to complete payment using whatever method they so chose to process application fees.

If your business is no longer in operation, you can also find our cancellation form via the above link. 

One important part of the new system is our integration with Bellamy. This new integration, launched last month, allows our business license directory to be near instantly updated, as soon as we've completed your application, with your business information. Find the directory here

While completing Form Centre Payments, please ensure all mandatory fields are completed and accurate, or the form may not proceed to the next step properly.

Signing in while using the form centre will enable you to save forms and resume, or autofill, forms in the new year.
