No Power Risk to Community at this Time

The Town of Hinton in cooperation with Yellowhead County and Alberta Wildfire maintain that the wildfire located in Yellowhead County does not present any immediate threat to our community. 

This includes any sort of risk to Hinton's power supply; Hinton Fire staff have on multiple occasions throughout the day confirmed that at this time the power supply has been rerouted away from any areas currently at risk.
