myHinton App Updated

Earlier this year, The Town of Hinton Communications Department was proud to announce the release of our myHinton App.

We're once again proud to announce to all citizens that our myHinton app has since been updated, both for back end stability enhancements and to add new functionality.

Some of the new services include:

Hinton Victim Services

We've recently integrated Hinton Victim Services into our Town of Hinton website. Their page offers all of the features of the former website, including informational resources, contact details, and volunteer signups, but now also has the ability to use our newsflash service, calendar and more.

Since being added to our site, we've also now integrated their page into the app, meaning getting access to information regarding the VSU is easier than ever.

CEAC

CEAC is Hinton's Community Engagement and Advisory Committee. As a Committee of Council, they act as a listening group for Council, gathering information and seeking solutions to problems as directed by Council. They are a great sounding board for residents with concerns in the community. And now, they're easy to find within the Town of Hinton app, including email contact information and details on the five pillars.

Municipal Election

With the 2017 Municipal Election quickly approaching, we've now made information regarding voting, becoming a candidate, and more, easier to access than ever with one simple click on the app. Candidate information packs are ready for download for anyone who's decided to run for Council, or is considering getting involved.
