The Town of Hinton is excited to announce the Growing Guards program—a unique opportunity for community members to receive free lifeguard and swim instructor training.
Through Growing Guards, you'll receive training and certifications, including:
- CPR Level C & AED
- Bronze Medallion & Bronze Cross
- Lifesaving Society Standard First Aid
- National Lifeguard (Pool)
- Lifesaving Swim Instructor

Attend an Information Session:
Dr. Duncan Murray Recreation Centre
- Dec 3: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Dec 5: 4 – 7 p.m.
- Dec 9: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Dec 11: 12 – 4 p.m. & 6 – 8 p.m.
