No Junior Hockey in Hinton 

for 2024/25 Season

The Town of Hinton formally announces that there will be no junior hockey in Hinton for the 2024/25 season.

The Hinton Timberwolves’ league, the Canadian-American Junior Hockey League (CAJHL), announced in July that they would be taking a hiatus for the 2024/25 season.

The Town has received interest from various leagues since that announcement, however, no junior hockey team has been authorized to come to Hinton for the upcoming season.

Ice time made available by these circumstances will be taken by other local ice user groups and additional public programming. Upcoming ice schedules will be available soon at www.hinton.ca/recreation.
