Free Entry to Recreation and Transit 

August 7, 2024 

Enjoy free entry to the pool, bouldering wall and courts, as well as general transit services in Hinton for the month of August. 

To show support for our neighbours from Jasper, the Town of Hinton is waiving all entry fees for drop-in use at the Dr. Duncan Murray Recreation Centre as well as bus fares on Hinton Transit Services until August 31, 2024. This free entry is for both Hinton guests and citizens.

Aquatic Services is planning more fun swims for this time period, so stay tuned for announcements on the Dr. Duncan Murray Recreation Centre Facebook page and the Town of Hinton website.
