Interested participants can apply through the CPRA ACPL, with assistance available from the Town of Hinton’s Aquatic Supervisor. Financial support for travel expenses related to training (e.g., bus passes, train tickets, mileage) is available for those facing employment barriers. This funding is retroactively applicable from January 15th, 2024, so if you have started your journey to becoming a lifeguard this year, contact the Aquatics Supervisor to find out how your training can be grant-funded.
