Hinton Kids for Success & Discovery Camp

Want to get a head start on signing up for this years AMAZING Discovery Camp!  The first step is to create an iCare profile for your kiddos! Head to www.discoverycamp.ca for the link. All registration documents must be completed prior to registration!  Once you have created a profile you can add credits to your account either online (credit card only, applicable fees apply), or by visiting us at the FCSS office Monday to Friday 8:00-4:00.  We can't wait to see you there!

Hinton Transit: Bust Stop Closure Notice

Please be advised that there will be a change in the Hinton Public Transit route effective April 3, 2023.

Bus stop #10, located at the intersection of Switzer Drive and Robb Road, is being permanently removed, as it has been identified as a hazard for transportation drivers, passengers, and snow plows. In addition, the demand by passengers for the stop is very low.

The closest bus stop to the upcoming closure is located at Hinton Hospital, at the old hospital entrance near the Switzer Drive / Macleod Avenue intersection.
