Staffing Announcement:
FCSS Coordinator (Family Life)
June 2, 2022
2022 FCSS, Community Services, and the Town of Hinton, announce the departure of Charlene Sitar, FCSS Coordinator (Family Life).
Charlene’s last day with FCSS will be July 8, 2022. Charlene started with the Town of Hinton in 2015 to initiate the three-year provincially funded pilot “Taking Action Against Elder Abuse” as the Regional Elder Abuse Prevention Coordinator. With Charlene’s dedication and passion for seniors and caring demeanour, she took the project to new heights on a municipal and provincial level. The FCSS Branch will miss Charlene’s positive mentorship and cheery presence that she brings to the office daily but are happy to know her family will see more of that. We hope she continues to touch lives the way she has in the past seven years with the Town of Hinton and are confident she’ll keep on doing amazing things.
“Her advocacy and dedication for seniors is remarkable. She is one of those people that walk into your life even if it is for a moment and leaves a lasting imprint.” Caryn Bouchard, FCSS Manager.
We wish Charlene well and thank her for the positive impact she has made on this organization and on our community.
