Update: Boardwalk RFP Awarded and Contract Signed

The Town of Hinton is pleased to announce that both Request for Proposal (RFP) Bid # BBW 01-2021 (Piles and Structure) and RFP Bid # BBW 02-2021 (Wood Decking) have been awarded to Fine Line Services Ltd.

The Administrative RFP Review and Selection Committee would like to thank all parties who submitted applications.

Construction Details

Construction is weather dependent and is not scheduled to take place until adequate frozen conditions allow (November - December, 2021). Citizens can expect to see Parks workers in the area over the spring and summer months as they conduct regular operational maintenance activities. The crew also plans to straighten and brace the Sutherland entrance to the Boardwalk to ensure continued access through the summer months.
