Robb Road Recreation Parking Capacity Expansion Project

The Town of Hinton in partnership with the Hinton Mountain Bike Association and the Hinton Disc Golf Association are excited to announce that the Recreation Parking Capacity Expansion project on Robb road is underway!

This project is further supported by West Fraser, McElhanney Ltd., and West Central Contracting Ltd., whose efforts, expertise, and contributions have made it possible to advance this project to the construction phase.

Project Details

The Robb Road Recreation Parking Capacity Expansion Project will create additional parking space on the east side of Robb Road across from the Bike Park. The project scope and design include one safe crossing that integrates both parking lot entrances and ensures that Town trail connectivity is maintained.

Construction Details

Construction at the site will be commencing in the coming days, and is expected to be completed prior to the end of June 2021, but is subject to weather conditions. A more detailed construction schedule will be shared soon.
