Services provided by the Volunteer and Information Centre include:

• Assisting with volunteer recruitment
• Planning the screening, orientation, training, evaluation, retaining, and rewarding of volunteers
• Providing a resource and information library
• Providing community workshops regarding volunteerism issues
• Recognizing and promoting volunteerism
